To keep things running like a well-oiled craft machine (and to protect my sanity), here’s how orders go out:
Custom & Clothing Orders
These are dispatched once per week on Thursdays.
• Orders placed by Saturday will ship the following Thursday.
• Orders placed after Saturday join the next week’s dispatch.
Batching these beauties means I can give every custom piece the attention, attitude, and sparkle it deserves.
Ready-Made Items
These are shipped within 5–7 working days.
Perfect for those “I need a little treat immediately” moments..
To keep things simple and fair for everyone, I use one flat-rate shipping fee no matter what you order.
Standard Delivery: £3.50
Covers everything from tiny keyrings to chunky cold cups.
Nothing confusing. No “small parcel vs large parcel” drama. Just one straight-up price.
Tracked Delivery: £5.50
Perfect if you like to stalk your parcel’s every move. Peace of mind with zero fuss.
Local Collection (IOM)
Free collection from Laxey when available. Drop me a message to arrange.
The festive season is magical… and chaotic. So to keep everything merry:
Holiday Turnaround Time:
• 10–15 working days for all orders throughout November and December.
Last Christmas Order Dates:
• Custom items: Order by 6th December
• Ready-made items: Order by 10th December
After these dates, I can’t guarantee Santa-speed delivery.
All orders are posted from the Isle of Man. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s mood that day. You’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way.
